Domestic orders

Once you have place an order and receive a 5-digit confirmation number, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process, prepare, and ship. Our office is closed on the weekends and we ship Monday - Fridays. 

International orders

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship the orders to you. This does not include the time that the orders take to clear customs and the time for the carrier to deliver your package. Please be aware that some duty charges may be collected before your package is released from the carrier in accordance with your Countries Customs Rules. 

You should refer to the carrier for all updates on your packages. 

Sometimes you may receive a tracking number over the weekend, but your tracking will NOT show movement until the following Monday as long as it is not a holiday. Once you receive the email with the tracking number from us, and the mail carrier has possession of your package, we are unable to cancel or stop your order! Also, once the carrier picks up your package, it may take several hours for the carriers scan to show they have possession of your package. 

Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control the time and date of the actual delivery. The tracking numbers will show an ESTIMATE for your delivery and is not a guarantee! There could be delays due to weather, fires, etc., which is also out of our control.
